Brow Consultation

Service Description

Chelle offers free consultations to see which brow treatment is best suited to you. Whether that be Microblading or her signature Ombre/Powder brow, she will discuss which treatment is best suited for your style and for your skin. In this free 30 minute consultation she will go through the treatments, answer any questions you may have and carry out your patch test. She will also go through any holidays/events etc you may have booked to ensure the timelines can be worked out, (it is not recommended to go straight on holiday after a treatment due to healing time required). YOU MUST HAVE HAD A PATCH TEST prior to your first brow appointment. If you choose not to attend a free consultation but use the booking system to book your first session, please send an enquiry through the website and REQUEST A PATCH TEST to be posted out to you. This is posted as a gesture of good will, Chelle cannot take responsibility for the postal service so if you haven't received it in good time please do get in touch. If you leave it too late you will need to visit in person for your patch test. Chelle will NOT be able to carry out your brow appointment if you have not had a patch test. She wants to keep you all safe.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment by logging into your account. If you try to change your appointment within 48 hours, the system will not allow you to so you will lose your deposit and you will need to book a new appointment.
